안녕하세요, I'm a 23-year-old in Seoul, South Korea, and I decided to post a video or make a video today about my quarantine liquid diet. Now I'm not like doing this diet because I think I'm fat, but it's just more like I just like pile up in my midsection a little bit. Um, or like not pile up, but just I'm not satisfied with myself. So, um, I'll post like a picture of how it looks now, and I just want to like have a more hourglass figure. And so I thought like, well, I have nothing to do, why not just try a liquid diet and then see how it goes and maybe do some exercise if I get there. We'll see. Like home exercise. Anyways, so, so today I started out with having some green tea, this Turmeric Glow organic green tea, um, and in that tea, hot tea, I threw in some Vital Proteins collagen peptides. There's 18 grams of protein if you put in 2 scoops. I just did 1. And then it says you can look and feel your best. We'll see. I'm new to this Vital Proteins. I bought them at Target in Hawaii before coming into quarantine, so yeah, try that. And then I put some saenggak ginger in and some cinnamon powder. 2, and then turmeric. And my mom loves using turmeric. She says it's anti-inflammatory. Like, literally in the morning, like, my mom has like a cup of coffee and then she mixes these 3 every morning, like, and her friend calls it like some like magical spell drink or something like that because it's like a super anti-inflammatory drink. Makes you feel good. Anyways, so that's what I've had so far, and I threw that all into this Starbucks mug, and I've probably had about like 4 to 5 glasses so far. Um, and you just have to— turmeric doesn't really absorb into the water really good, so you have to like keep stirring it, and then you can just pour more hot water if you can't like ingest it all. But, um, the taste is like fine, but maybe I'm like, I'm like cool to try like any kind of food. So maybe you might want to mix with like honey or something, but I don't have that here in quarantine. So anyways, and then I was thinking tonight, not that good idea, but maybe let's see. I have this like CocoGo smoothie mix and I was thinking of making that. Um, as like kind of a yummy dessert dinner. I don't know, I'm not like really a regular like eater. Like I eat like— anyways, so a dessert for dinner, why not, I guess, on this liquid diet. And it has like guaraná, and it has coconut sugar, cocoa powder, mesquite, guaraná, vanilla, Himalayan sea salt, and stuff, so organic stuff. Anyways, so the bad thing about having it at night is that it says each serving contains 28 milligrams of caffeine, so I might be bouncing all over the place. The good thing is I have a book to read. Anyways, so I just wanted to post this video, um, to to be accountable and share with y'all how my day 1 of my quarantine liquid diet in Seoul, South Korea goes. So I'm gonna be doing this from— today is Sunday. I forgot what day, like, quarantine 5, 9— until next Sunday. And next Sunday is my last day of quarantine, um, this 2-week quarantine. Anyways, I might think about posting a video as well about like my quarantine experience, but might not. Anyways, thanks for watching. Bye!
