my best friend from high school went to usf 1992-1996. was supposed to play soccer but got injured and ended up getting deep into underground rave scene, oakland punk scene, had hiphop connects. i would come visit him and we would go to mad parties. i remember a pretty fucked up house party, his dj friend playing g rap and nas fast life and literally putting five on a sack lol. i remember my first warehouse rave god knows where. i remember going to a crazy punk squat and then a nofx show above a chicken spot in oakland. too many people, the floor almost gave out so the band asked everyone to sit down for the whole show. insane.
