The vlogger arrives in San Francisco after a sleepless 24‑hour stretch, staying near Galvanize U and taking in the city view. While wandering 19th Street, they search for the Hacker Palace associated with hackersurfing.com (also known as WeFunder) and receive an invitation to a dinner with Y Combinator alumni. They describe the HackerSurfing program, which offers up to a week of free accommodation, meals, and networking with smart entrepreneurs, and encourage other Malaysians to apply. Despite spending two hours looking, they cannot locate the venue, leading to disappointment. The vlogger plans a packed Day 2: catching the Caltrain to Palo Alto, meeting investors about the startup Jellybean, and creating a dedicated vlog to explain the product. They end with a hopeful note to vlog more and a good‑night sign‑off.

So I just arrived in San Francisco and only had like an hour of sleep. So tired. Right now I'm at Galvanize U. I haven't slept for like 24 hours, 24 hours, and it's actually— I don't know why, I just don't feel that tired anymore. Like, look at this view, freaking awesome. And I met some pretty awesome entrepreneurs here with their stories and their funding. It's actually gonna be a very nice 55 days out here. So I'm walking all over 19th Street, finding for the Hacker Palace, hackersurfing.com, also known as wefunder.com. Got invited over for dinner with a bunch of, I think they are YC alumni, and we'll see what happens. But right now I'm still trying to find the place. It's almost time for me to head to bed since I haven't slept for like 24-some hours now, and I'm actually starting to feel it. But what I want to let you know is that I actually got invited over dinner with a bunch of YC alumni over at the WeFunder SkyPowers, and I went there looking for the whole place for 2 hours, but I couldn't find the place at all. But if you guys, anyone from like Malaysia or anywhere wants to come to San Francisco to actually like go through this entrepreneurial journey, do check out hackersurfing.com, hackersurfing.com. What they do is you're actually able to apply for a place at one of the hackersurfing place where you can actually stay up to 1 week for free, food for free. Stay for free, and you will be able to network with really, really, really smart people. So if you're actually up for that, go to hackersurfing.com, and I'll put the link right down below so you guys can actually see it easier. Um, I'm quite disappointed with, um, today, first day. I hope tomorrow will be a better day. I'll be so much more packed tomorrow. I'll definitely vlog more tomorrow because there's tons of stuff. I need to wake up really early tomorrow because I need to catch the Caltrain, um, to Palo Alto. It'll be an hour journey. I'm gonna meet a couple of investors down there on Jellybean, and I, I will actually do a specific vlog on Jellybean itself to tell you guys what is the whole product all about. So I'll see you guys soon. Good night. Thanks, guys.
