Τα 3 Εμπόδια Για Την Αγάπη Του Εαυτού σου (Πως να τα Θεραπεύσετε)

Korina Lymnioudi identifies three childhood wounds that block self-love: fear of abandonment, low self-worth, and distrust. These patterns trap you in relationships with unavailable or narcissistic partners. Healing requires clearing limiting beliefs and practicing self-trust and boundaries.

Hello my friends. We continue with this video with three big blocks and holds when it comes to self love. So in this video you are going to understand why you feel so bad and so anxious when you are in a relationship. Why you don't trust your relationships, why when someone is behaving so nice to you, it's like you do everything in order to destroy this nice relationship. Why you are afraid that people are going to leave you. So you have to understand that this has to do only with you. This is an inner game. Everyone has this shadow, this big shadow, the things that has to overcome in order to become a better person. And this problem with the self, love with self worthiness is a big part of our shadow. Every time a person tries to manifest a new life, every manifestation, every, every, even every little manifestation makes you to come in contact with the different layers of the shadow. Makes you to touch the different layers of the shadow. And if you don't remove the layers of the shadow, you will never be able to manifest. So manifestation is a process of, first of all, it's a process of changing ourselves. If you don't change yourself, your reality is not going to change so little by little. You are going to realize that there is a certain way that you look at your own sense of self worth which comes from your childhood, which makes you believe that something is wrong with you. And you have to clear this. And when I cleared this, when I cleared all this energy of something is wrong with me, a lot of things started to change and I started to see things to pop up, things to pop up into my life. Of course these things were always there, but I was blind, I couldn't see them. So when you start to work with yourself, when you start to work with this energy, you are going to see different new things to pop up and you're going to do new realizations and you start to realize that all these things that they realize now were always here. But I was blind. I was blind because I was holding away aspects of my life from coming in because of fear. Fear of my own sense of self worth. So every change we do in our lives is like Tony Robbins says. He says you can try 10 years to change, but again the change, you're gonna make it just like that. Okay? Every change is just one second, just one decision. You are, you are just one second away from your change. You're just one second away from the different life that you want, from the different self that you want. It does have to be difficult, is not difficult just like that. I Remember when I was 15 years old and we were with some schoolmates in a coffee shop? And back then I was. Because I had a very bad childhood full of violence. I was afraid to talk. But I think I haven't realized that until then. And that day, as we sit in the coff soap, I see one schoolmate who stands up from the table and starts to move hands and starts to explain a story of his and what has happened to him. And he was so full of energy and he was describing everything and I was, oh my God, I would like to be like him so much. I like what I see now, you know, in front of my eyes, why I can be like him. And on the other side of the table is a girl. It's a girl who never talks, never moves. She's like that all the time. No, she's standing still all the time. And everybody from the company was thinking that this girl has a problem with her mind, that he, she is retarded. Everybody, all the, all the kids thought that this girl is retarded. So at that moment I have an insight. I realized that this girl is not retarded. Back then we were sure that says, okay, now we know, we know here she's at our company even and she's healed. So she's very, very normal and very energetical person. But back then we were sources retarded. So I have this inside that, oh my God, this girl is not retarded. She's scared. She scared to talk like me. So I see both of them. I see the guy who keep moving and explaining and describing his story. And I see the other girl, how she sits like that. And I say to myself, oh my God, Corina, you have to decide who you are going to be from now on. You want to be him or you're going to be here. Decide. Do you want to be the retarded person who is afraid to talk or you want to be him who enjoys to talk and you know, he's the soul of the company. So I decided at that moment to become that. I just have chosen who I want to be. You know the book Conversations with God, all these pages say you can choose who you want to be, but no one ever, no one understands that. Everybody reads the book says, oh, what a nice book, but no one does does that. After reading this book, you have to do this exercise, guys. You have to say who I want to be and become that person that you want to be in just one second like that, you know, you change it like that. So I Wondered. I asked myself why you can't be the person you want, why you can't talk. Try to talk now. Try to talk now. I said to myself, you know, 50 years old, I said to myself, try to talk now. I couldn't. I couldn't. And I realized that I am so scared to talk that I am worried how the sound of my voice will sound to the other people. Even that. And I realized at the moment that this comes from how my father is behaving to me. Because he was telling me all the time, you're not good enough. You're not good enough. What these days that you are doing, that you are doing. And I came to the point where I was scared how my voice will sound. So at that moment I said, okay, is me in charge of myself. I'm not a robot. I decide right now to hear the sound of my voice. Let's say, let. Let's have these people say how my voice sounds. So I start talking. I say only this at the beginning. Hey guys. Yes, they are like this. I saw in their. Their eyes that they want me to talk. They want to know what I have inside me. So that was it. I said, okay, let my father alone. I will start now to be the person that I want to be. And a second in, one second in the day, I started to describe to them a story of mine. You know, something that has happened to me and since then. I am the soul of the party. I'm the soul of the company. You understand? So it's just like that. It's so simple. A kid of 15 years old managed to do it. And no, I was not working back then. I was just a simple kid with all these filters in my mind and all these limited beliefs in my mind. I was just a kid back then. So you can do it too. If a kid to 15 years old could do it, you can do it too. So let's see. The first main childhood route that makes us to not love ourselves, that makes us to feel that we are not worthy. First is the fear of being abandoned. People change themselves because they want to get validation and approval from other people. So they become people pleasers. When you are afraid that you are going to get abandoned, you change to people pleasure. And what is happening is that the people are afraid of abandonment from the outside world. And they end up abandoning themselves. They end up abandoning their true self. They change themselves for the other people. And they are not anymore their authentic self. They don't any. They don't live anymore their authentic lives. They don't live authentically and this becomes their shadow. Abandoning the self, not having boundaries, saying yes when you don't want to say yes. You can't set your boundaries. And you say yes when you don't want to say yes because you are trying to please other people. This is a big wound. You can't love yourself. And you don't love yourself when you are like this, when you behave like this. So first is the fear of abandonment. The second is low self esteem. You believe that you are not worthy. Worthy. You don't have value for being you. Of course. And for the first and for the second, these wounds come from our parents. Maybe they were really strict to us. Maybe they were treating us with the wrong way. Maybe they couldn't love if your parents, they were not loving themselves. They couldn't really love you. So they were behaving to you in an egoistic way. They were behaving to you in a way that you were not receiving love. And the infant knows that. Even the infant knows that. But the kid, that nature, you feel that they don't love me. Okay? So you start to believe that something wrong with you and not with them. You can't realize that there's something wrong with them because the healthy infant, if realizes that something wrong with the parents will go crazy. So the healthy infant will think that something wrong with himself. So when a man felt emotionally abandoned while growing up, he will attract women emotionally unavailable because he has to keep the myth alive. And the myth is, I am not worthy. I am not worthy to have a woman who is emotionally available. And you keep the myth alive. And then you think that's what I'm worthy of. This is all I know. This is what is comfortable. We have to keep the myth alive. This is a huge trap. Because we get in life what we believe we deserve. And that's the core of manifestation. We get in life what we believe we deserve. That's why we do all this deleting of limiting beliefs of the time. That's why you change after we do the session with the limiting beliefs. And if you believe that you deserve someone that is gonna treat you like a crap, that's what you're gonna get. And if you are afraid that this person is going to live, you will put up with a lot more. You know, there is a reason that narcissists can only deal with empaths. Because empaths can't live. Empaths will put up with it. Empaths want to live. They're afraid to live. They Feel the sadness of their passion. So even if only they imagine how the person will feel if they live, they can't do it. Or even if they do it, they feel so guilty that they go back from a narcissist to an empath, which tend to attract each other. The narcissist has something to learn from the empath and the empath has something to learn from the narcissist and is both rooted in the same core wound. I don't feel worthy. I want significance and approval. This is the core wound, significance and approval. And the way the narcissist gets it is through control, through manipulation, through demanding. And the way the empath gives it is through forgetting their needs then, but forgets their needs, forgets himself totally and says, okay, I will give you this and that and everything you want in exchange of love, in exchange of validation, in exchange of approval. This is an ego thing of the empath as well, because the empath knows no one would stay there without the narcissist, so says, oh, I am so compassionate. And I stay there so the narcissist won't be alone. This is also an ego game of the empath. So you have to open up yourself to people who are more nurturing. You get used to it and you realize, wow, I worth it. Because of course, you didn't have the most touching, the most feeling childhood and you haven't get used to that. So it's like foreign to you. Maybe you have observed this thing that Tom Cabell says a lot of sensitive women can't be a lot of time with a man who is very nurturing. They say, oh, he's too good. Oh, I'm getting bored. Because he gives all that. So you try to find that guy, the bad guy who will keep the myth alive. It seems so foreign to you to feel worthy, to get nurtured by another person, right? So from one hand you say, oh, yeah, I like that, I enjoy it. But on the other hand, your body says, oh, no, no, no, no, this is unfamilia, scary. This is love. This is scary. So you find this kind of intimacy scary and prefer to go with just simple sex. You understand? That's why so many men in the world, they like only to have sex one night stand. Relationships like a business, and only the night to have sex. That's it. Because they are not familiar with that. They feel bad about that. They feel scared about that. So you have to open up yourself. And the more you open up yourself and stop judging the other people, the more this opens up opportunities in your life and then the more worth your knowledge for yourself. It is not like I am amazing. I do this and look how many followers I have. Or I do that and no, no, it's not like that. It's an inner game. It's an inner value that you acknowledge to yourself. This is an inner self or self worth. And this is usually the shadow. You know some people that you see that they are really motivated and they want to be successful and they are successful and they want money and power. A lot of times this is their root problem. They feel empty inside because they feel worthless. That's why they want so much money. They need something to prove to them that they worth. They try to fill up this emptiness with success and money. And that's why they never really manage to do it. Even if they do it, at some point they lose everything. The third one is trust. Can you trust? A lot of people have trust issues. Have either been people that had parents that they couldn't trust. They couldn't trust their parents because of the way the parent was acting. Or maybe they were abused while growing up. Abused mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually. Or maybe the parents were fighting all the time. Or maybe the parents were cheating on each other so they lost a sense of self trust. They stopped drastic themselves even as kids, even as teenagers. And now these people have stopped trusting themselves. And if you don't trust yourself, you always sabotage yourself to be in a specific way because this seems familiar to you. So these people who have trust issues, they can't have a deep loving relationship because they haven't forgiven their parents. Even if that was that you couldn't forgive your parents for cheating on each other. Even that simple, even this can cause you now to have trust issues in relationships. And you are not able anymore to have a deep loving relationship. And if you find someone who is really nurturing and very touchy and feeling, your body will say oh no, no, no, this is unfamiliar. And you won't be able to stand it even if you like it. You will feel so much anxious that you will want to calm your nervous system down every time you get this love. For example, a woman meets a guy who treats you really well, really well, but you feel it too good to be true. So you start sabotaging all this thing. But you do that, you're sabotaging it only because this doesn't feel familiar to you. Familiar to you is only if someone diminishing you and criticizing you. And the more we trust ourselves, the more we love ourselves. And the more sense of worthiness we have for ourselves, the other people will feel it and will act in a different way because the other people are like our mirror. And we talk here about self love, self worthiness. But many of us beginner relationship, we lose totally ourselves. We forget ourselves, we forget our needs because we get to be people leaders. So you have to find yourself again. You have to find yourself and start loving yourself. I hope you enjoyed this video. Please click like share it and subscribe to my channel.
