If you're willing to take your attention off of everybody else and sit down before you start your day and decide who you're going to present to the world that day, and you're able to maintain that modified state of mind and body your entire day, you better get ready. Because something unusual is going to happen in your life. It's the law. And, you know, the brain's job is to create meaning between what's going on out there and what's going on in here.
