Today was not supposed to go like this. I recently flew in from Utah to North Carolina to treat my scheduled microneedling friends, and then my machine decided to quit in the middle of the day. So I ended up having to reschedule all my friends' treatments and order a new machine, not to mention change all of my plans. Honestly, I'm pissed. But at the same time, it reminds me that things are going to go wrong, and I don't have control over that. But what I do have control over is how I show up. So tonight, I'm unpacking. I'm gonna have a drink. And I'm adapting to the things that are outside my control with grace, patience. Because tomorrow is a brand new day.
