This is a YouTube video titled "Afraid to Charge? Here’s the Shift That Changes Everything" containing a monologue by Kyle Ford recorded in July 2025. Kyle discusses the common issue of undercharging or giving away value for free, and encourages viewers to reconsider pricing strategies to increase perceived value and respect from members.
