How a Personal Development Mighty Network Creates Incredible People Magic

You all are really organized. You made this process seamless for me to understand how to be on the platform and show me all the possibilities that I can interact with my community. Hey, I'm Whitley Nicole. I'm a YouTuber. I also just started a community on Mighty Networks called the like I Love Myself Girls community. This community is for women who want to take their self development and their feminine development to the next level. And it's really mostly a support group, but also I am a life coach and mentor. And so I'm just helping women recognize the goals that they've maybe put on hold or maybe don't feel like they have the time life balance to do so. And so this group community allows these women to get in a space, hear from me daily and get clear on what it is that they want to pursue and have the motivation and the support to do so. I chose Mighty Networks. I had been thinking about this idea for a community since March of 2024 and I was looking at other spaces like you know, the popular ones like Circle and all of that. And I'm, I'm into other Mighty Networks groups for business. One of them is called Actionable CEO. I was in the morning meetup which was used as an example from the CEOs. But what made me choose just Mighty Networks for my after doing my research is seeing that Mighty Networks, you all are really organized. You made this process seamless for me to understand how to be on the platform and show me all the possibilities that I can interact with my community. Also, I really appreciate all the trainings. I did the seven day challenge with you and you creating a camp and I and it made me feel like I know you and that you, I mean you are really on here and you all make yourselves available for questions even during that 14 day period where you're letting us try it out and build. I just think that's a brilliant idea and interface and transition when you're really trying to find the community that's right for you. So that was very attractive to me because I am a millennial but I'm still sometimes struggle with new forms of technology and just knowing how to work and support my ideas. And Mighty Networks made this transition in this choice very easy. And yeah, you all are leading in this area and I really appreciate that.

First of all, their branding is incredible. Wow. You can tell that Whitley put effort into making her Mighty network look really beautiful. Wow. So warm. So welcoming. This is the first step that Whitley goes of many to create a really beautiful, magical first experience for members. After the excellent video tour of the Mighty Network, there's a visual tour pointing out all the different spaces that members can access and there's also a little push for members to level up with all the incredible offers that are possible. I love when hosts create a chat for their members to introduce themselves. This makes it a lot less intimidating for new members to feel welcomed in the community without having to create their full own posts, which might feel a little scary to new folks. And as you can tell, this chat is popping off. Members can welcome each other in the thread below each member's introduction, which we love. And if you've been around at Mighty and a lot, you know that we 100% recommend creating a magical first experience by encouraging your members to connect with each other and this absolutely does that. But it goes above and beyond with the welcome event and graduation ceremony. This makes sure that members feel like this is the community for them and there's a monthly cadence as well. On the first Sunday of every month the entire community gathers to celebrate both new and returning members and all welcome and get to know each other in this event. They also acknowledge the ladies accomplishments for the previous month's challenge. Members are welcome to bring their wine, their journal and overall good energy. Incredible. Now both polls and a weekly calendar are the number one way to keep members engaged by including a little weekly bit of knowledge that is done in this space every single day. Members are encouraged to come back over and over to the Mighty Network and ensure they're getting the best out of their journey. And as I said, and as with many of the other spaces in this Mighty Network, the Like I Love Myself Club goes above and beyond into prioritizing their members and people magic. In this post, or in this space rather, members see a post every Tuesday that includes a weekly shot of feminine development. How incredible. And then every single day in the Question of the Day space, Whitley posts a question to encourage members to come back, interact and learn from each other. But it's not just only hosts posting for members to engage. Members are also encouraged to share their own tidbits of knowledge, articles, advice, thoughts, inspiration and so much more in this member discussion space for them to share their feminine thoughts. The weekly calendar does not end there. There are a series of different live calls, including the Wake up with Whitley call which is every single morning on Mondays and Fridays. There's a second Sunday service, a master class on the second Sunday of every month, so bi weekly. And then there is the Garden Weekly live session, a book club that occurs every Wednesday at 6:30pm so great timing there as well. Moving on. We really love to see hosts create challenges, especially monthly ones like Whitley does in her Mighty Network. This gives members a solid goal, a solid result or a solid bit of transformation that they will be able to achieve by the end of the month as long as they come back, pay attention to what they're paying for and engage in the Mighty Network. And that is what membership is in this incredible community. Here, let's take a look at some of the challenges. Keep in mind that the Like I Love Myself Girls Club just launched in August and they've been really great at posting these monthly challenges every single month. So their first month it was called 17 days of focus. In September the theme was 30 days of self Love and the challenge right now is all about the art of femininity. The Like I Love Myself Girl Club is even doing a Sex in the City book club that lasts for six weeks and the course curriculum does not go live until Monday, October 7, so you still have plenty of time to join. I personally get really excited when I see a book club in a Mighty Network because it's such a fun way to encourage members to do something that's going to add fun and value and entertainment to their life. And again, their first live session isn't until the 6th, so go ahead and join before then if you can. So overall, between the weekly lives, the Q and A, the live coaching, those masterclasses and challenges, daily motivational calls, development, community support from everyone else in this mighty network, and so much more, the Like I Love Myself club provides a beautiful member experience that creates incredible amounts of people magic. There's that magical first experience, that warm welcome, there's polls and questions, an incredible weekly calendar, monthly themes, and so much more, all of which are huge proponents of people magic.
