Kyle Ford shows how to switch subscription plans in a Mighty Network from your personal settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades wait until your next billing cycle. The feature works on web but not iOS.
Members can now switch plans inside of your mighty network. They'll go to their personal settings, plans and access and select the plan that they're currently on. Then they will choose Change plan. The options that show up for them here are the ones that are currently visible inside of your mighty network. So if you have a hidden plan that's only for a few certain select people or a particular audience, it will not appear here in this dropdown option. So these are only the visible ones. This person is on a free plan right now and they can choose to go to the live well which is paid if there are two options. If there's a monthly price or an annual price, then they'll be able to choose which billing interval they would like to move to. Whenever a member upgrades, it will happen immediately. If they downgrade, it will happen at their next billing cycle. This feature is supported on Web and not iOS at this time, and there's lots more details in our Help center article to let you know how this feature works.
