How to Integrate Mighty Networks with Your Favorite Tools

A short tutorial (YouTube transcript) by Kyle Ford explaining how to configure Mighty Networks’ third-party integrations. It walks admins through connecting Google Analytics, Kit (newsletter syncing and tagged segments), marketing pixels (Meta/TikTok), Quaderno for taxes, Single Sign-On for enterprise use, Stripe for payments, Zapier triggers/actions (via an API key), and per-member Zoom account connections for event links.

Mighty has all sorts of ways to integrate with third party services, from embeds to our Zapier integration, but let's show you some other options as well. If I go to the upper right corner and admin, I can scroll down to or search for our integration section. So we've already covered affiliate programs, custom email domains, custom network domains in a different video, but if you use Google Analytics to be able to see how members interact with your network, you can grab a web measurement ID from your GA account, put it in here and it will start tracking. If you want to start a newsletter or already have one using Kit, it's easy to connect. With our deep integration with kit, we can sync member data optionally between both services, including tagged members. So if you'd like to start a newsletter or set of newsletters based on different segments of your Mighty network, you can do that with tags, which is great. Kids Editor also has integration with Mighty modules, so you can quickly add Mighty content to all of your issues with marketing pixels. If you use Meta or TikTok products and you want to track effectiveness, you can add those pixels here and we'll start tracking it. Quaderno is an integration we have to help with taxes when you're using Mighty payments purchasing through Mighty, you can create an account and connect it in seconds here and it will handle tax requirements. If you have a business network or up, we have the ability to use single sign on. This is useful if you have an existing web app or mobile app or another set of services that you would like to use the same sign in on Mighty. This is kind of a more advanced feature so we recommend having a developer here, but we have all the information here and you can enable this if you would like to with Stripe. If you connect Stripe, this is how you actually set up payments on Mighty. So this is a quick way to do this. But once you connect your account here, all the information and payments collected through Mighty will flow through Stripe to handle all that. So easy to set up and you can do this when you're ready to do so. Zapier is our way to connect Mighty with thousands of other third party services using triggers and actions. So something can happen on Mighty and takes place elsewhere with an action, or something can happen elsewhere and can then flow into Mighty. We have all sorts of documentation on how to set these up. I've hidden the API key here for security reasons, but on your network you'll see a field into which you can paste your Zapier API key and then you're ready to go. And then finally, each member can connect their own Zoom account. Anyone that you've decided to allow to create events can connect a Zoom event automatically to it. So once they connect their account and they create a new event, it will generate a Zoom link for them. So super easy to do and it can be done at the member level so multiple people can connect their own Zoom accounts. Sam.
