This is a YouTube video titled "Running a Community Is Easier Than You Think" containing a monologue or single-speaker discussion recorded in August 2025, focusing on the challenges and scalability of running a community versus one-on-one coaching.
What if I told you it's actually much less work to run a community than it is to do one on one coaching? And then you can always add one on one coaching later. I worry about how much energy that takes. It also doesn't scale. The only way you scale that is by taking more of your time or raising your price. It might be awesome, but that also could be pretty draining.
