Hi, I'm Maya from the Mighty Team and I'm going to show you how.
You can create a space in your Mighty network with just a couple of clicks.
Start by clicking on the Create a.
Space button in the bottom of your left hand navigation bar.
From there you're going to see this.
Flyout with a handful of different space templates that you can easily click and use depending on what you're looking to create.
So all of these templates are pre.
Configured spaces with certain features turned on depending on what type of space that is.
So let's say we want to start.
Off and create a cohort based course.
Click on the View Template button. There you're going to see the different features that are going to be automatically.
Turned on in this space.
The Feed feature.
So members of the Cohort course can.
Connect with each other.
The table of contents where members will actually learn the content of the course.
And the members list.
Go ahead and add a space name and add a tagline.
Next, select the collection, which is the.
Folder that the space will be organized to into this left hand navigation bar.
You'll want to keep your privacy secret.
For now since you're just getting started.
Then click to create a space and let's check it out. Here we can see that we've got our Feed feature, our course community. We've got the course materials here and.
A table of contents and the members list. Your space is already set up with just a few clicks using that space template.
Now if you decide that you want to make some changes, go ahead and.
Click on the gear icon right here. You can adjust your branding by clicking on this Details button. And if you want to make some changes to the features that appear, click on the Features button here. Let's say that I want my members.
To communicate with each other using the.
Chat feature instead of the feed. I'm going to turn Feed off and.
I'm going to turn Chat on. You can rename this.
I'll change the name to Conversation.
And if you want to reorder your features, you can do so right at.
The bottom here as well. Just drag and drop. It's that easy.
Now as you can see, with just a couple of clicks, I created a brand new course that is all ready.
For me to start adding content branding and then inviting my first members Using these space templates just makes it that much faster to get your Mighty network up and running.
