Who is the Growth Plan for? Using Mighty Networks to Scale Your Community

Welcome. My name is Kat and I'm so excited to tell you more about our growth plan that we have here at Mighty. I like to think of this really as your fast track to scaling at a Mighty community within Mighty Network. So let's talk about what's included and why this might be something that you would want to consider joining. But first, I want to share a little bit about me. My name is Kat and I'm an account executive overseeing our growth plan tier. And I'm actually relatively new to Mighty, which is a great thing because coming to you from the lens of a previous course creator and online entrepreneur who has been in this industry for a really long time. So I've worked for almost a decade again in the online course and membership industry. I have launched some very large and very successful courses and communities. I'm talking seven figure launches and eight figure businesses. So when it comes to monetizing your audience, building a membership in a thriving community, or even taking your nonprofit to the next level, that is the kind of thing that I love talking to you about. So let's talk about where you might be today and why you should be considering the growth plan to get to your first million. So today you might be somewhere under 250k or even under 500k in revenue, which is a great thing because we have a great plan for you to help grow that trajectory to a million plus and that is our growth plan. So our growth plan includes the Mighty Networks mobile app, but it is designed in some very specific ways to help you generate that first 250k to really monetize your community, deepen your engagement and then when you are ready, there is a growth ramp for you to be on Mighty Pro, which is where you would have your people magic and your own branded mobile app so that you can really accelerate your progress. So I want you to think about this tier not just as a tier with specific features, but is it it is an incubator program. The growth plan is like no other program out there. It is meant to help you have an incredible experience. To host your comm community, you're going to have a white labeled web experience meaning once they logged in it's going to be very branded to you. You're going to be using the Mighty mobile app and then again there is support designed inside of this tier to help you reach your first 250k in revenue. And if you're a non profit, who's watching this, we support you in terms of your member growth and engagement which are very important metrics especially if you're, you know, thinking about going out and getting more funding for your nonprofit, you're going to want to be able to show that data. So let's talk about the growth plan and who it is really meant for. It is a great fit for startups, for nonprofits, for new ventures or ambitious hosts who are ready to grow more quickly within the mighty ecosystem. Maybe you have a desire to be on Mighty Pro, which is our branded mobile app which starts at 28k, but maybe that's out of the realm of possibility for you right now. That's perfect. Come on board with a growth plan and we're going to show you the way on how to get just there. So here's why current hosts upgrade to our our growth tier and if you're a current host with us, it could be something that you could be considering. So there are better automations inside. So I'm talking about all available triggers and actions are enabled, including the ability to send custom dm. So this means there's going to be less manual work on your end, managing the community in general and also making sure it's high touch and that you're reaching out to the inside. You're also going to get more data backed insight, which means that you're going to grow smarter. So these insights go from numbers, just numbers on a screen thinking about what it could be to actual strategy and helping you build a better funnel, you know, create smarter programs that actually support your community inside and time your launches more precisely. Now you're also going to have real strategy support inside of the growth plan membership, which we're going to share a little bit more on soon, which is going to help you really reach your goals. So I want you to think about the growth plan not only as a way to host your courses and your community, but also a strategic mastermind that's going to give you support and insights from our top performing networks. Now the growth plan is going to get you there faster. So let's talk about it. So I am really excited to talk about why we are seeing such incredible results inside of this plan and what are the special features beyond the support that is really supportive for you actually growing? Well, first of all, you're going to have our lowest transaction fees. So not only are you going to be able to charge a premium for your courses and community on the growth plan, but you're going to keep more of it. So there are some companies out there who charge up to 10% in transaction fees on our growth tier you're going to have our lowest transaction fees that we have available here at mighty just 1%. So that means for every dollar that comes in the door, you're going to keep more of it. We've had some people upgrade from some of our lower tiers to the growth tier and they it has paid for itself because of just transaction fees. So definitely something you're going to want to consider now. You're also going to get more advanced automations within the system and this is really, really big. So this is going to combine triggers and actions to automatically do things like welcome members into the network. Someone joins and you can send them a welcome DM or reward them for actions that they've taken inside of the network. Maybe they complete a course and we can then assign them a badge or guide members towards each other or even better yet, guide them towards more offers that you have in your ecosystem so that they can get greater transformations and also you increase the lifetime value of the customer. So these things are really, really important, especially as you're growing and scaling and having more members come in so that no one feels like they're lost in the crowd. I've even seen people use our advanced automations for things like someone hasn't logged in in a while so we can send them a little push message like hey, hope everything's great, like pick up where you left off. Like we want to get people back in the room and continuing to use our networks because that's going to mean that they're going to have better relationships and a bigger transformation inside. Now you're also going to have increased live streaming capabilities. So maybe you're exploring our business plan versus our growth plan. So on our growth plan you're going to have 40 hours of live streaming capability per month and you can also have up to a thousand viewers on our live streaming. So you can have up to nine presenters happening at once and then you could have a thousand viewers in the audience. So I've seen people join our growth tier who this alone is worth it for them because they're paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for a webinar software every single month when you can have that have up to a thousand people in the audience on our growth plan. Now even better yet is who can go live on our live streaming. With our business plan only hosts can go live, but on our growth plan hosts and moderators can go live. So this is really great. If you're building out a team or you have some champions inside of your network who you know, you're going to start passing the baton on certain responsibilities or they're going to host certain sessions for you, you're going to want to have this capability. Now you're also going to have a more engaging activity feed. So we allow members to actually upload videos into posts on the activity feed within our growth plan. We had someone who just upgraded for this feature alone because they hosted a community that had a lot of like playfulness and comedy to it. And they're like, video is so important for people to have that transformation to be able to upload, you know, funny little things that happen during the day. So whatever that is, like the ability to have more video content, we know video is engaging, right? That's the direction that all social media platforms have gone. If you can add more of that into your feed, you're going to have more engagement. So that's very valuable as well. Now these advanced automations that we were talking about before, they're, they're not just like fun to help take a weight off your shoulders, even though they do and they're going to save you a significant amount of time, but they're also going to increase your customer lifetime value. So little things like you could tag a power member after a 30 day stream streak and then offer them a course upsell or tag someone who completed 75% of a course and then that is an indicator to you that maybe it's time to invite them into the next tier or a mastermind program or like I was mentioning before, you're detecting a drop in activity, let's trigger a special discount or a re engagement flow to get them back into the network. Now what I really love about this tier is again you're going to have all these advanced features that are really built for your growth but you're going to have deep support from our team of experts. I think we all know that it's not, if you build it, they will come. You have to have strategy and support around what you are building. So within this tier you're going to have a group onboarding call. So as soon as you come in you're going to Meet the team. You're going to learn exactly how to use this program and how to get the most out of it. Then from there, beyond just having priority chat and email support, which you'll have, you're also going to get weekly group coaching calls. So you can come on every single week and you can ask questions live or you could send your team, you can ask questions live about strategy or functionality, just really how to get the most about what you're building. And my favorite when I sit sit on these calls is I get ideas for my community hearing other people ask questions as well. Now you're also going to get growth marketing sessions. So these are some of our top employees that we have here at Mighty, who are incredibly, incredibly talented and understand our system so well. And what they do is part of the Mod Squad. So you can take it or leave it if you want to activate those features. But they're going to go in and show you and actually do it for you of like here's a couple features that you're not using that could exponentially help your business and they'll also record you a video about the changes that they made and why they made those changes. So once you have your own app, all your community has to do is download that new app. They're already going to have their usernames and logins and everything will be over into the new place very seamlessly. Now, one of the things I love as a data nerd is you're going to have more advanced analytics and insights, which is really important because you're going to understand more about your member behavior and what's going on within the network. That's going to help you make really smart decisions inside of your business or your organization. You're going to have conversion and revenue metrics, so you're going to know a lot about what's getting people to purchase and how much revenue is coming in the door and what that looks like. You're also going to have a ton of data on your course and challenge completion rates. So this is going to give you great insights on like where things could be better or where it's going really well, or where your community might need a little extra help. And what's exciting too is, is you know, you can have those advanced automations within Path to Pro, especially if you're seeing maybe the course and challenge completion rates aren't where you're at. How can we add in more automations to make it more engaging for them? And then you're going to learn about engagement patterns that are happening. Where are people engaging within the network, what's going on there and how can you continue to replicate that great engagement that you have Now? So think about your community that you have now or this dream community that you want to build. Maybe, you know, you're, it's crickets in there or you're worried there's going to be crickets. Just think about what's possible with a 98% active engagement rate. Now, we had one growth plan host that had a 677k launch earned within 90 days and then they moved over to Mighty Pro.
