When I go to his hash, this is the app. So you'll see a bunch of different categories on here that I've created for myself and some clients that I've shown things to. These are categories of apps, but I mean of hashtags. But I want to just pretend. Stacy, can I use you? Can you unmute and help me here? Where are you, Stacy? I don't see Stacy. All right, here. Sorry, I couldn't find my mute. Okay, there you are. So just come up with a category of hashtags that you would think. Like real estate. Yeah. Okay, so you go to the top right here. This plus sign, you press plus, you would write real estate because that is the category. Now here you're going to add the tag. Now remember, with hashtags you can't have spaces. Okay? So I'm just going to do real estate. Like that add tag. I'm going to click on that. And now this is the key. This is showing me all the hashtags that have something to do with real estate. But here is the real important part about it, is it shows you the impressions that it currently has. So real estate, you guys, right now, currently in this Moment has over 51 million impressions impressions. Now I wonder if you guys think that that's a good thing for you to use that hashtag. It's not. You never want to use a hashtag that has so many impressions. Why? You'll never be seen because of that. Hashtag. The ideal for hashtags is 500,000 or below. So using real estate, real estate agent, real estate, it's a waste of your hashtags. The best would be to go down here and say, okay, start here, real estate agency. And you can just kind of like go down. You can decide, oh, this all these all work. Okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can, you can select 30 of these. And sometimes it's really good to go even like really low. Like, you know, 55,000. That's like really good. You'll probably, you know, you'll probably trend in some of those if they have very low. So you can say ad selected. And now these are all here. But just say your real estate is also about home. Homes, Homes for sale. Let's do that. So we're going to add that. Click on it. And now it's going to give you all these. So you're also. Oh, I'm in Houston and I also, you know, in Colorado, Portland, whatever. Homes for sale. Okay, whatever. So now you're adding all of these. And so up here it says you have 19 tags. So that could be good enough for now. But then you're just say your post is about the fact that you're a female Realtor and a mom and you know the challenge of being an entrepreneur. So now you can go in all these categories. You're creating categories of all the things you talk about. And you can start collect, selecting female entrepreneur. Let's see, real estate, working mom. Those are three. And then you press shuffle. And here's 3:30 hashtags. And it shuffles them up, meaning it's always going to be different. And just say you look at it and you're like, oh, I don't want girl bosses. So it brings up real estate brokers. It brings up another one. So you can kind of make sure that you have your perfect. You press copy. And then when you go, when you go over to Instagram, when you go to Instagram now, you can put it as you post it. You can now just paste it in your content. Okay. If that makes sense. Does anyone have questions before I move on from sharing my screen on this one? Anyone? Okay, okay. I am going to stop sharing my screen. Okay, let's see. As a team and as a busy team leader, how do you suggest dividing and conquering on Instagram? Don't take anything on if you hate doing it. I'll tell you that. Delegate. Hire someone. Outsource. If you do not like creating content, do not force yourself. If you like creating content, you just don't have the time. Batch create. So, meaning spend a Sunday. And so here's what I do when I want to come up with inspiration. I have my content pillars, which you guys can start coming up with those three to five topics. And every time I'm listening to a podcast or on my peloton or whatever I'm doing, and I'm inspired and I hear, hear something that I'm like, yeah, like a lot of times my fitness instructor says something, I'm like, I want to tell my audience something like that. I go in my notes app, I throw it down there so that when I'm sitting and creating my content at five in the morning, like, what do I write about? Oh, now you have a bank of content ideas. It's really helpful to write things down throughout the day that you want to go back and develop. Can you upload prerecorded videos to reels or only igtv? You can do prerecorded to reels. It just has to be 30 seconds or under to follow. Donna. Thank you. What is the average cost to have a social media manager? My social media manager is giving me a deal because I am sure, like, she spoke in our Mastermind yesterday. She's gonna probably get clients through me because that's what I do. I like, I teach people about this, and then I have to, like, pitch her. So she's giving me a really good price, but she charges for TikTok strategy. Like, it depends on what she's doing, but for me, like, for all TikTok strategy, meaning she's scripting my. My videos. I have to film them, but she scripts them and she edits them and posts them with the hashtags. Like, that's huge for me because I won't do that. And then I can repurpose them to reels. So she charges about five or six hundred a month. And she and that she works in three months at a time. Because a lot of times after three months, you kind of get the hang of it on your own and you start doing it on your own. I'm sorry about that. Okay. Does the team lead have to be the face of the account, or can it be other team members? It's hard to explain. Or it's hard to know for. Frankie. Frankie, please stop. Come here. It's hard to know specifically, depending on what it is, but if your Instagram is a page, I mean, a team, I would say, like, highlight a variety of people on the team, but you don't want people to think that they're talking to a business. You want them to think that they're talking to a person. That's why Clubhouse is so amazing, because you get to actually meet people. They meet you. Like, you connect with people and then they come over to your Instagram. They don't want to follow a business, want to follow a person. I assume this is all on our business page, correct? For Instagram, yes. And honestly, I don't believe in the power. I don't believe in doing a business and a personal page anymore. I believe it's one page. And your business page should incorporate personal stuff because people don't want to only follow business. So it doesn't mean you need to let them in on everything. But I think they should have some idea of, like, what your life looks like, maybe your kids a little bit, your dog, you know, I think that's a really important way to get to know someone. How do you market a real estate team on one profile? So many ways. I think about it as like, you can do a highlight for each person on the team. So you can do story takeovers, or just say, one day this person does stories all day and teaches on a specific topic. The next day that person does a story all day. And now you have, like, rotating content. I would highlight the individual members a lot. How do you time block for your posting and responding each day? I just have started to do it. I'm very, very unorganized with my timing. I'm just going to be 100% honest. I'm never lying. If you watch me on Instagram, I tell you guys everything. I'm a procrastinator. I struggle with that. So I time block as much as possible. But I have a team under me now that really help me stay organized, so. So I literally have to time block recording a podcast. I have to time block engaging on DMS because I won't do it. If not, do you recommend breaking longer videos up into shorter segments or just post the longer video? Depends what the video is. I wouldn't post anything too long. Gets a little boring. What hashtag tool. Okay, got that. Love that. Brilliant. I thought you said not to copy, paste, copy paste hashtags. You can copy paste hashtags. You just don't want it to be the same 30 each time in the same order. You want to shuffle it around new ideas, and it should be about what that post is about. So if that post is specifically about, you know, saving money to buy your house, don't use the same hashtags that you did for you know, I don't know. I'm trying to think of something else but you know, like, you want it to be consistent with what that post is about. If we already have a personal and a business, when should we get rid of the personal one? How do you move followers from one to the other? Okay, let me ask you guys an honest question. So I had a personal account and then when I started my business account I. I realized that I wasn't going on my. The reason why I started my business account was because I was nervous going on my personal account and showing up in stories and talking about my business. It made me uncomfortable because I thought about that one girl from high school that is following me and that one ex boyfriend and that one really mean lady that I used to work with at ABC Studios. I thought too much about the people that were watching in my personal life that it stopped me from posting. So if you're able to post very regularly and comfortably on camera, then, then bring your people over or, or just turn your personal into a business page. But it's going to be very hard to grow a personal account and a business page. So if it's just about showing pictures of your kids, I think that's part of your story. And you also don't need to be showing pictures of your kids every day, right? Like, you know, I guess you can keep that for grandparents or whatever. But do I do pre scheduled posts? I do not because I don't operate that way. I like to post from my heart in the moment. Anything you see on my Instagram comes from me in that moment. Everything. I have never ever, ever not posted on my own Instagram. So every single time you see a caption, I wrote it in that moment because that's how I work. But if you don't, then you should use a pre scheduled tool. There's a few, there's later is one. Planoly is another. It's called P L A N O L Y. There's Facebook Creator Studio which helps kind of with that. There's a lot of third party posting. Apps Preview is another one. What does my team look like? I have a virtual assistant who handles my scheduling and my admin and like invoicing and like making sure if I'm doing a presentation like this, you make sure the bio gets sent and the headshots, you know like stuff like that. I have a tech VA who does all of my sales pages and everything that's like copy building on my like for any like of my programs. I have a web Website designer that I just hired. Right now she's redoing my website and a copywriter. So that's like a little project thing. I have a online business manager who is my boss. Basically, I hired her to be my boss. She keeps me really on track. She tells me, donna, today you have to do A, B and C. And she helps me with my launches. I have a sales coach, I have a business coach, I have a podcast producer. I have a bookkeeper and a partridge and a pear tree. And I also have a community manager that I just hired today and I'm so super excited. It's actually a volunteer position. She's a client of mine and she just loves my content and she binges it and she's in all of my clubhouse rooms. So she really knows my brand and so she's going to help me create that. How much attention do we pay into posting at specific times in the day? I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't think about it. If it's going to stop you from posting, don't worry about it at all. I really don't think there's a big deal. You can try to play around and see what works, but I've not noticed a difference. How important is to add the. Oh, the dot, dot, dot to separate the content and the hashtags and the content and feed post. I do that. I go, dot return, dot return, dot return. I don't know why I just, I would separate it though, because it doesn't look, it doesn't look good on your caption, like right on your caption. How many hours a day do you spend posting on Instagram prepping to post? What picture editor do use to make them look good? Really good questions. I use Lightroom. Lightroom is my online mobile app. I buy presets, photo presets from a company called a blogger called. You can find her on Instagram. Light and Airy Photog. I think it is Light and Airy Photog. Let me check. I'm obsessed with her presets. Yeah, it's at Light and Airy Photog. So, like, she'll sell presets that like have just really pretty lighting and colors. And so I. You buy and it could be not. It may not be your like, I guarantee you if you searched real estate presets, I bet you would find. I bet you would find something. And yeah, yeah, I'm finding Lou and Marks. Presets came up Lou and Marks. It's taking a second, but she's a designer and she Sells presets. Like, there's so many, it's taking a second to come up for whatever reason, you know? And it's very, like, kind of clean looking. So you can choose. You can just search presets and see a style that you think likes. Like, this is good for real estate, you guys, because it makes your house look like the house look very bright, and it will make a very big difference for everything. But anyway, so you use Lightroom, which is a free mobile app. You incorporate the presets. They give you directions on how to do that. And then I apply them to almost all my pictures, but some of them I don't. I sometimes use Instagram filters. How many hours do I date? I'm on Instagram from morning till night. Literally. If you looked at my screen time, you'd be embarrassed. But I make money from it, so I feel like it's my job if we already have a business. Got that. Are you saying that Clubhouse is a live audio conversation between all the followers? Absolutely. You can raise your hand and you can get on stage. And I'm on stage on Clubhouse with some of my heroes. Like, people that I never thought I'd ever talk to. I'm chatting with on Clubhouse. It's insane. I've never experienced anything like it. Studio McGee has great presets for real estate. That's so good to know. Can you use Canva photos included in the paid account? Do you recommend? Yes, I absolutely think that, you know, you can use Canva stock photos. You just want to make sure that they're not so stock image looking. Make sure that they kind of like, go with your vibe, you know, you just want to make sure. Who are my heroes? Oh, my God, so many. But, you know, it's so funny. Like, I'm just thinking in business, right? Like, when I first signed up for, like, when I first became a coach, I bought Amy Porterfield's course. Do you guys know who Amy Porterfield is? So she has digital courses. She sells digital courses. I mean, she teaches you how to create a digital course. And I bought her course, like, five years ago. And then all of a sudden, the other day, I'm on a panel with her. Like, she's on a stage with me, and we're both answering the same questions. And I was like, how is this life? Like, what's happening? I got hired to speak from Clubhouse. I've gotten hired to speak at three. Three different virtual stages. I've been booked on over 10 podcasts. It's. I mean, I have gotten book offers like crazy stuff is happening. Crazy, crazy stuff. Clubhouse. How to find people in your market search rooms or create local or both search clubs. Like on Clubhouse they have clubs and so you can search like Houston Real Estate. I bet there's clubs around that. And then you, you join the club and then you follow the members. And then if you're following members, you're going to see the rooms there and it's going to unlock that for you. If you guys want to come into any of my clubhouse rooms, I'm just at my name, Donna Bowling and I teach a lot of clubhouse tips in my clubhouse rooms. So like on Friday I have a room all about how to host a really good room and I've grown really fast on clubhouse. I have almost 16,000 followers over there in three months. It's great. Okay. I think I'm up to date with the questions and it's 9:59. Look at you. A master. A master of time. You thought you weren't.
