The best way to make things work smoother, I think, is getting some kind of administrative assistant or a va. Yes, there's software and there's technologies that can automate a lot of things for you. But I find for most people in business, you start off by doing everything under the sun because you have to. But I think as soon as you can, when you start getting some money, outsourcing some of those lower level tasks is really what's going to free up your time to focus on the things that are creating the new content, the stuff that's going to work on helping you sell courses. So while there's a lot of digital things that can really help you, as soon as you can get a virtual assistant to help you out with some of those low level tasks, I would highly recommend investing in one.
