If your videos aren't getting a lot of views on YouTube, a good practice is to check out your competitors channels and see what videos are working for them. I did this with my guitar channel. When I got started, I was looking to see what certain smaller competitors were doing that was successful on their channel. I would then take that content and I would remake it for my audience on my channel. And sometimes I would have amazing videos that would do well and sometimes it didn't. But if you have a competitor that that's doing something successful on their channel and you think it would work for your audience, you should try to replicate it and see if it brings some views over to you.
