Don't be afraid to do things for free, because you get a lot of value out of doing that. If you are someone who does not have any testimonials or credibility yet, offer to do projects for free, hey, can I help you do X, Y and Z? And at the end, if you are happy with my product and service, if you want to give me a testimonial, that would be great. That would be payment enough. I've done that with people with some of my courses. And if you liked it, would you be able to give me a testimonial that I can use on my website?
