Biggest thing I think YouTubers miss out on, and I know I did, is not collecting emails up front. Listen, even if you don't have a course right away, maybe you could have some type of freemium. I have a free crash course, which is basically free. It's seven to eight videos. It comes with a little PDF, and it gives them a little taste of what it's like to take a course with me. And I have a lot of people who go through that course and then they upgrade and buy the full course. But it's important to get people off of YouTube, over to your website, over to a platform that you own, so that you can start collecting their emails and start marketing to them.
