In these videos I'm going to try to keep things as simple as possible. So I'm not going to try to get into these giant 20 minute explanations with all these super intense details. What I'm going to do is give you the overall picture and try to present it in a format that's somewhere under the five minute range because I know practice is a hard thing and your time is precious, so is it mine? I totally get that. So going to do is everybody's got five minutes, everybody's got five minutes. So even if you reviewed a video a day, you could actually make some progress. So I'm going to try and keep these quick and under five minutes or around the five minute mark so that you can get something out of it and you can say, hey, I spent five minutes of my time but actually learned something. So I'm going to try and keep these short, brief and to the point and not go into too much details on these basic videos.
