If you do the same exact thing over and over again and expect a different result, that's pretty much the definition of insanity. We do the same thing that we've always done and we expect things to magically be different. And what I want to do today is share with you just some simple things that you can do around your practice routine to kind of change things up a little bit or to approach your. We designed it as a program so that you could feel yourself moving and making progress. But students in my system sometimes email me and they're like, I feel like I'm getting stuck. And usually when I hear someone getting stuck, it means we need to change up something in the practice routine. Maybe they're not practicing in the best way possible. I'll usually ask them, like, what are you doing for your practice? Do you have something written down?
