Customer relationship management. That's a big one, because you want to make sure you understand where your customer is in your system. Are they new? Are they cold? Are they warm? Have they bought all your products? You got some people who are your superfans who will buy anything and everything under the sun, and you want to be able to determine who those people are. And that's why it's great to have a good software system where you can segment people. I have people, they're called platinum level people. And when they bought everything under the sun for me so far that I have, they get a tag that says platinum. Platinum. So I'm not going to advertise to those people more. But I know that those platinum people, when I have a live event, those are the people who are most likely going to raise their hand first when I do something new.
