I drive all the way from Manchester because I know that I'm going to get my money's worth when I come here. It's not a problem for me to drive and it's over an hour and it's not a problem. I do it for 10 months now and I will do it for another five years. I've been studying for about 10 months and I was having a lot of trouble just holding a vocal, sounding good while singing by myself. And I decided to come see Lauren because I knew she was a great teacher and I could get some good results. Singing lead before was like a nerve wracking, like my knees would shake. I always felt very unsure of myself and uncertain and now I feel a lot more certain, a lot more confident that I can do whatever I want to do. I feel like when I come here, I actually learn about how to use my voice in different techniques or different things that come into play when you're singing versus before, when I was just told just do this and that's it. And there was no science behind it. I feel like there's an actual science behind this. Yes, I do feel my investment was worth it and I would highly recommend Lauren to anybody who is looking to improve their vocals.
