A short YouTube clip by Lauren Bateman recommending hiring a virtual assistant (VA) to handle video editing. Bateman argues delegating editing reduces stress and saves time—potentially turning many hours of editing into a shorter task for an editor—freeing creators to record more content.
That would be my first recommendation is finding a VA that can do some video editing. And, you know, if you can find someone that fits with your budget, awesome, go for it. It's going to take a lot of stress off your plate because editing, everyone tells me, like, I hate the editing. It takes so long. I hate the editing. It's like, if it takes you six hours to do a video, hand that off to someone else. Maybe they can do it in four, because they actually edit all the time. Maybe they can do it in four. And now what could you do with those extra six hours every week? You could probably record another video.
