Discipline and consistency are the hardest things for YouTubers, and my biggest tip is to batch record as much as possible. This means you pick a dedicated day with one, two or three hours, and you just bust out as much content as you possibly can. This will help create a stockpile of content. So instead of trying to rush to do content every week, now you've recorded everything, which gives you time to edit it over the course of the month, or you hand it off to an editor who will then edit the content for you.
