People talk about the concept of practice makes perfect all the time, and I am a firm believer that practice makes progress. So I think there is a big misnomer in the fact that everyone wants their practice to be perfect. Okay. And of course, we don't want to practice things incorrectly. But I think it was. Les Brown was the first person I heard say that, and it made so much sense to me. And I don't know if he was quoting someone else, but again, it was practice makes pract progress, not practice makes perfect, because it can take a very long time, especially on the guitar, to get things perfect. Okay? And again, I want to preface that we do not want to be practicing things wrong, but perfection and mastery takes time, especially on the guitar.
