In your 20s, you really shouldn't be saving anything, which is totally contrary to what a lot of retirement investors tell you to do. They say investor early compound interest, you can't get that time back. But literally on the flip side, you can't get that time back physically and health wise either. And then he says, in your 30s, you ramp up the savings. In your 40s, you ramp it up even more, because now you're making more money, you might have a lot more expendable income to put into savings. And I can confirm that that's totally true. As you get into your 50s, you start slowing down that savings. And in your 60s, you're probably not SA anymore. You're just living on what you got at this point.
