The biggest mistake that I made with my first course is that I made it too big, all right? It took people way too long to get the transformation. Now, people buy courses not because they need a product. They buy a course because they're trying to solve a problem. They're trying to go from point A to point B. Well, my first course, I was trying to take them down too many transformation points. Instead of taking them from point A to maybe point C or D, I was trying to take them all the way to the end of the Alphabet. And in hindsight, it was taking these students one year, some of them two years, to go through my program, and that was just way too long. So for your first course, if you can get people a transformation in the first 90 days, that's an awesome course because it's kind of a starter course that allows people to get to know you, get familiar with you, get a win, and then get them interested in what's next, what comes next. If it takes them too long, it's going to be way too long for them to upgrade to the next step.
