Short YouTube video by Lauren Bateman explaining that consistency means doing the same actions repeatedly even when immediate results aren't visible. She illustrates with her experience on YouTube and a gym/weight-loss analogy: small actions accumulate over months to produce noticeable change; the point is to continue despite initial lack of visible progress.

Consistency is honestly doing the same thing over and over again without seeing a result. That's what it is. I mean, that's what YouTube was for me when they talk about consistency. But I think a good example is talking about going to the gym. If you're trying to lose weight, you go to the gym the first time you come home, you look in the mirror, you don't see any changes and you're like, alright, well, it didn't work, right, because I'm not seeing anything. But if you keep doing that consistently, day after day, week after week, month after month, after like three, four, five or six months, you, you're going to see a big difference. Now, does it mean that all the stuff you did that first week didn't work? No, it's the accumulation of all these actions over time and that's what consistency is. It's like, I'm going to do this because I know long term down the road it's going to have this result and I am willing to do this and see nothing for this period of time, knowing that eventually the world's going to open up to me and I'm going to have lots of opportunities. All right, so that's what YouTube is. It's about, about being consistent. Even though you're not seeing the results in the beginning.
