At what point did you stop doing all the work yourself and start creating a team? Like any business owner, you do it later than you should have. I actually really enjoyed editing, and I was working with the business coach at the time to try and really get things going, and he was just like, why are you editing your own videos? I was like, well, I kind of enjoy it. He's like, yeah, but you need to be creating the content like you're actually making money doing this. Why don't you invest that money into hiring someone so that you can actually spend your time on the content? If you have the ability to take all the money you're making and reinvest it back into what you're doing, you will see that growth grow faster.
