Hey, YouTubers, in this video, I'm going to be answering the question, how much money do you make per thousand views on YouTube?
Before I go and dive in on my channel, just know that every channel, every niche is going to be different. I have an education channel. I teach guitar. So, you know, my ad revenue may be higher or lower. I'm sure technology channels make a lot more money. But let's dive into the numbers on my channel so that I can show you. So in my YouTube studio right now. And you can see the estimated revenue over the last 28 days is about $3756.36. Now, that is over 460,000 views. So if we pull up a calculator real quick. So I'm just going to put in the amount of money divided by 460, because that's 460,000 views, and I get paid about $8.17 for every thousand views I get to my channel. Now, I often find that the YouTube ad estimates are somewhat low, so usually if they're telling me I'm going to make $3,800 a month, it could be closer to $4,200 or $4,300. Once again, I have to emphasize that this is just one channel. I'm a guitar teacher. I'm sure if you went over to maybe a technology channel, it might be $16 per thousand views. Every channel, every niche is going to be different. If you have any other questions about YouTube, put them in the comments below and maybe I'll make a video to answer your questions.
