Now, the youe Property Success With Renovation book finished with some real life renovation examples. So it's only right that we finish this companion guide in the same way, whether you're interested in renovating to rent to drive the growth of a property portfolio or flipping properties for short term profits, I truly believe that if you're willing to put in the effort, renovation is an excellent property investment strategy for building equity quickly. Of course, in any property investment there are risks and it's how you minimise these risks that will be the key to your success. In fact, you've now been given a tried and tested risk minimization strategy right here. And that's the Trident strategy. Buying below the market in an area set to grow and renovating to add equity. You know, for me, the definition of wealth is to have the freedom of choice to do what you want when you want to do it. So for you, that might not be early retirement. It might be having the choice to work on what you love. It's having the freedom to choose how you want to spend your time. And that's the currency of wealth in my opinion. And wealthy people create passive income streams by actualising their goals. This is built on a clear mindset, set of achievement and of action. I'm personally committed through my property education business to encourage big picture thinking. Big picture thinking, but with an eye for the detail. You minimise your risk through detailed research and investigation. If you want to become a wealth creator, you're going to have to learn to think differently from the majority of people. You're going to have to learn to move outside your comfort zone. In fact, hopefully you've been challenged by some of the things within this companion guide already. My hope is that you take the lessons of my experience and use them to help you achieve your property success. I'm going to leave you now with some wonderful before and after pictures taken from the Ultimate Guide to Renovation program. You will witness some real time transformations of properties that once no one wanted. And you'll also hear some of the success stories from of my current students who are now enjoying their own property success. Now pay special attention to the actual work that was carried out and the emphasis on creating perceived value. Enjoy and bye for now. And here we are. Now this property is very much on my short list. You know, I reckon that a bit of render on this property is actually going to make it really lift in value. One of the things I'm often asked, especially from people who haven't renovated before, is where do I start? Two areas that you can make the biggest impact on value in your property is the kitchen and the bathroom. Retile resurface and reused. Now we're going to get rid of these six, going to ask the renderer to cut them off. Create a nice profile here. The great thing about using one color is actually you can spray the paint on. Now don't be worried about using just one color because the furnishings, the paintings, the flooring, the window covers, all of those are actually going to add the colour to the room.
I got so much out of Jane's course, you know, pages and pages of notes.
After sanding, filling and cleaning, the kitchen cupboards and bench top are now ready for resurfacing.
Doing this course has been amazing.
Just hit the nail on the head for me. Just hit the mark.
I learned so much. I really am just now so aware of what I didn't know.
So on to structural renovations. I'm going to be revealing for the first time a structural renovation technique that I call the box on the back.
Just the level of content is impressive. There's no stone unturned.
You are really getting a lot of value.
But this is like a plug and play renovation. It uses an extremely simple construction method which allows you to add a large open plan, living, dining, kitchen area onto the back of an existing house. The project is completely finished and on the market. You want to take a look? Well, come with me. Wow. It's like walking, stepping into a new home. This just looks fabulous. The Ultimate Guide to Renovation is a 12 week online video program that is almost like a boot camp. We go through it together at the same time. It includes group coaching for me via weekly Q and a calls, membership of the exclusive community called the Renovator Network, trade discounts all around Australia and many, many other things too numerous to name in this short time we have left. Now, if you haven't heard already, here's what people inside the course are saying about it.
It's suited for both beginners and advanced professional investors because I find the structure of the course is layout so wonderfully.
What I've learnt from Jane in doing this course is that the most effective and efficient way to do it and to build wealth and to achieve your goals is to take a very structured approach and just replicate, replicate, replicate. Don't reinvent the wheel, just take the time to get it right and then just roll from one to another. And that for me, absolutely mind blowing.
I've really spent probably a good year trying to find good, good information and good people to be able to source.
That Information from what she offers, it's value for money. And she has a true heart in terms of trying to educate people. And that's very rare to find someone with that sort of attitude.
What I like about Jane is just that she doesn't speak in riddles or circles. She's just a straight shooter. She seems like a really reasonable person and I actually, I get the feeling that she genuinely wants to help.
She's just a real person. Like, you can really see that you can relate to her on a different level. Just she's normal, you can tell she's.
Very genuine and yeah, just you warm to her and that's, that's the biggest thing.
I was really quite surprised that we weren't just learning about renovation. We were learning about all the different parts that come into it before you go and purchase and start renovating.
Before I was looking for a renovation property and couldn't find it. And then all of a sudden when I read those modules, I was like, ah, I see what I've been doing wrong.
The foundation is to find the right property.
And I think that's the key that.
A lot of people overlook in the.
Other courses and just being able to.
Sit down and talk to people who are going through the same things and whether, like me, I'm starting and she's done a few. It's great to have that conversation of going, okay, now we've done the course and now we're going to do it the right way.
I've never invested in another renovation course in the past because I've always been concerned that I wouldn't get any. I wouldn't get enough out of it to justify the cost.
I haven't actually paid for any training previously.
I was just really reluctant to spend that kind of money thinking, oh well, you know, they're just going to tell me what I already know. And it would be fair to say that I was surprisingly blown away by what I didn't know.
Now I realize how valuable it is and when I think how much extra money I'm going to make in my next renovation now that I have this knowledge, you know, it pays for itself ten times over, almost really.
I'll be happy to spend, let's say $5,000 on a course if they'll get that much value out of it in the end.
I mean, let's say this course was 10,000. It's not, but let's say it was. If it avoided me making one mistake in a purchase through doing proper due diligence, then the course has already paid for itself.
So I'm expecting I'm getting $30,000 back from this course.
Look at everything that's been covered. You know, everything that I've taken away from this is well worth that.
Just that module, bang. For your buck alone, I sat there and went, well, there's five grand. I'll say straight away, it's been very.
Obvious that it's well worth the investment.
