Welcome to the Location Masterclass. I'm so excited to have you here and this is a great day for you and let me tell you why, because what you're going to discover here could well have a massive impact on your life. That is learning the repeatable process of of how to identify up and coming suburbs with the best possible potential for your property investment strategy. As a property investor or strategic renovator, no single factor will be more important to your success than choosing the right location. The educational content in the Location Masterclass is designed to be very concise. These are the concentrated, practical methods that you can apply to your own property investment strategy straight away and you could not be in a better time or place. Many of the tools we are using in this course were not even available to us a few years ago. Now you have access to amazing tools, software and the ability to apply these techniques on a larger scale and faster than ever before. So how do we get from over 14,000 suburbs in Australia down to the one or two suburbs that match your criteria, career and your strategy? Well, I'm glad you asked. So here's how we're going to do it. First, we start with a simple technique called the dot map. Now the dot map technique was invented by Medine Simmons in the late 90s and is designed to uncover the ripple effect. Then the next tool we will use is the backbone of Location masterclass. It's the Suburb Selector software. The Suburb Selector software is a serious breakthrough in the search for the perfect suburb. It covers all of the capital cities of mainland Australia. Every suburb we consider will be filtered through this software using the 30 most important indicators of a suburb's potential. You will not find this software anywhere else and it's yours to use time and time again inside Location Masterclass. Next we move on to the paid reports. An important point to make here is that we don't take any one data source as the final word, not the paid reports. Or the dot map results. What makes this process so robust is filtering the suburbs by the suburb selector software, which, via a process of elimination, allows us to arrive at a short list of viable suburb candidates. So, in this section we'll collate what I consider to be the best suburb reports available in Australia. Now, you don't have to buy all of them, or even any of them if you don't want to. You can do this entire process without the use of paid reports and perhaps if you are not quite ready to buy, you may be better off to save your money and do this exercise without them. However, please do the process as you will have the benefit of getting used to reading the numbers. The more suburb selection analysis you do, the better you get and the easier it gets. However, if you are ready to buy in the near future and you know which capital city you would like to invest in, then I would encourage you to stay. Seriously think about the value of getting your suburb choice right. This may result in a windfall over a period of time of literally hundreds of thousands of dollars. So a few hundred dollars spent on reports now will be a pain soon forgotten. And lastly, we compare our shortlisted suburbs against each other to arrive at the best possible suburb that is suited to your strategy.
