Now, I was on a run the other day with a good friend of mine, and we were having a conversation on Iran talking about what is it that the most successful people in the world do and how do they do it? And it came down to a simple thing, dreaming and doing. Dream and do. The greatest achievers in life have huge dreams and they make them happen by taking massive action. Now, why do some people achieve their dreams and others live an average life? Paulo Coelho said, There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure. Yes, most people are afraid to fail.

So many people have an opinion about why they aren't good enough, why they can do it better, what is wrong with them. However, on the flip side, they have just as many, if not more, people who love them, who appreciate them, and who do believe in them and will follow them anywhere.
