In this bilingual introductory monologue, Luis (Louis) Barajas shares his upbringing in East Los Angeles as the child of Mexican immigrants who lacked financial education, outlines his professional credentials—including certified financial planner, wealth manager, best‑selling author, podcast host, and recognized media figure—and declares his purpose: to democratize financial advice and move people from financial stress to financial dignity. He defines wealth as encompassing health, family, purpose, and legacy, and explains that his program “Finanzas con Corazón” is designed to help families, entrepreneurs, artists, and executives gain a holistic financial roadmap. The message is an invitation to join a movement that prioritizes people over money.

¡Hola! My name is Louis Barajas. I grew up in East Los Angeles, the son of Mexican immigrant parents who worked incredibly hard every day but were never taught how money, taxes, or wealth really worked. Now I know what it's like to watch good people struggle, not because they lacked work ethic, but because nobody ever handed them a financial roadmap. Now today I'm a certified financial planner, wealth and business manager, best-selling author, and podcast host. I've also been honored as one of the nation's leading wealth advisors and business managers for families, entrepreneurs, artists, and executives. I appear on PBS's Opportunity Knox and have been recognized by Investopedia, CNBC, Billboard Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine, and many others. But the title I'm most proud of isn't author or entrepreneur, it's advocate. Because I've never believed that financial advice should only be available to people who already have money. My purpose is to help people move from financial stress to financial dignity. To help families stop surviving and start thriving. To help people understand that wealth Wealth is more than money. It's about health, it's about family, it's about purpose, and it's about opportunity. And it's about also leaving a legacy that makes the next generation's journey a little easier than our own. That's why I've created Finanzas con Corazón, because money matters, but people matter more. And if you've ever felt overwhelmed, behind, or like nobody taught you how this money thing really works, you're in the right place. Follow along and join the movement. Together we're building something bigger than wealth. We're building financial dignity.
