Hey, this is Luis Barajas. And as we've seen and what's going on with all the ICE raids, I've been telling people for the longest time that our Latino financial empowerment is not the spending that everybody talks about. At every single conference that I go to, they talk about how Latinos spend so much money and how to keep the economy up. And I will share with you that it's all about the golden rule. It's not the biblical golden rule, not the golden rule that says do unto others that you would have them do unto yourself. It is he who has the gold rules. And we're seeing that. And so it is important that if you're here hearing me, that you take action and you save money into your emergency savings account, in a high yield savings account, that you, you actually contribute to your retirement plan, that if you're buying a piece of property that you put it into a trust. The goal is that we need to build wealth in America because wealth is power and we can change that wealth in one generation. But we must take action now. Everybody says, well, I don't have any money. I live paycheck to paycheck. 40 years of working in the Latino community, I have worked with people who are blue collar workers, people who are immigrants who come to the United States and put away a portion of their paycheck and sacrifice and are now doing well. I suggest that there are a lot of Latinos who are born here and raised here, are still living in paycheck to paycheck, are in poverty. That has to change. Until that changes, we're not going to see what's going on right now. But right now they're picking on us. And again, at the end of the day, we've got a lot of hard working families. The stuff that you guys saw in la, that's not the typical Latino, that's the anarchist. That's a young kid who goes crazy because they have a reason to go crazy and attack the police and whatever. That's not the Latino. The Latino that I know are the people that are here who have been years, generations, working hard. Maybe for whatever reason. I don't know why they've not done the proper immigration and paperwork, but they've paid their bills, they're paying their taxes, they're paying Social Security, they're putting money away in the retirement accounts. They're good people that now at this point are being deported for. I get it for the other people who are listening to say it's against the law to be here, undocumented I get that part. But again, we're dealing with human beings and we're doing, we're working with souls, real people here who lives are being destroyed. And so, again, the goal is I'm working hard. We're putting together a lot of material to build generational wealth. I want to see it in one generation, all this change. And it's very, very simple. Follow me on Instagram, follow me on Facebook, follow me on TikTok, follow me on LinkedIn. We're going to be getting a lot more information out to you very, very soon. Regarding also, if you have somebody who's been affected, if you have a family member who's been affected or a friend who's been affected by the raids by the ICE raids on how to protect themselves. See you next time.
