Hey everyone, this is Luis Baragas, your financial life healer, and I want to share some really exciting news. So my financial partner, financial planning and insurance partner Daniel Guillen and I have decided that what we want to do over the next decade is to create a thousand businesses in Latino barrios, in Latino communities that are underserved. So what we're going to do is we're going to train, mentor, teach people who have, who are interested in the world of finances but who don't come from that background and are seriously interested in helping their own communities out. So these are not people who are out there trying to become financial planners, are going to work with clients who have a minimum of 250,000 or a million dollars of assets under management. These are people in the communities who may have not even finished high school, who only have a high school education.
We've decided that if they're going to stay in there and focus on and they love finances and they want to learn finances from a. Not a product or from a firm that's going to teach them how to sell, but from a firmness like ours is going to teach them how to build their own business within that community that will be sustainable and will be there for a long time to change the lives of others. So if you know someone who's interested in insurance or personal finances and is working in an underserved community and may not have a lot of experience and maybe not even graduate from college, again, please refer them over to us. Our goal is to bring in a hundred Latino or Latina advisors within these communities to start changing the wealth gap in America, especially within Latino community. Okay. So again, if you have not gone to college or studied finances, but you really love the world of finances, we'll teach you what we're going to teach you a little different though. We're not going to teach you how to be a salesperson and then create a job for yourself. We're going to teach you how to build a business in your own community, to be there for a long time and for you to be able to hire other people and continue to build your brand within the community, within my brand that we have. Okay. So that's one of the things that I'm going to focus on over the next 10 years that'll be part of my legacy. We're really excited. This is something that we're going to focus on. Dearly, I've got other stuff going on. I told you earlier in the year and late last year that we've got seeing Quenta workshops, workshops for people out there who are 50 and over who have not done a lot of financial planning and need a lot of help and haven't done an estate planning, haven't focused on the insurance, haven't focused on their personal finance and their emergency reserves. We're going to do webinars, and we're going to do live seminars in your communities.
