Hey, welcome back, everybody. This is Luis Baragas, your financial life healer. We're talking about what's going on with the market. This is kind of my part two. You know, the market continues to go down and there's a lot of fear and there's a lot of concern, and that's, you know, that's normal. That's par for the course. People get really scared. They don't like changes. This whole thing about tariffs are scaring the bejesus out of a lot of people, other politicians. But I will share with you that, you know, I've been working in this industry for over 40 years. I was around in the 1987 stock market crash. I was around in every crash we've probably had. And most people who did the worst thing, which basically they sold when there was a lot of fear didn't, didn't fare out well. I mean, the people that were kind of investing during these times and taking advantage of buying at a discount, things always get better. 100%. They always get better. And you can look at academic research, you can look at science, but I know that doesn't really help you at all because right now, you know, we're in our brains, we're in that. What is it? What are the scientists neuroscientists call the amygdala? We're in that flight or fight, and we need to get out of there. We can't do what everybody else is doing. That's why most people continue being poor when they retire. One thing I want to say for my cinquenta crowd that have been following me, the people that are over 50, is that their concern is, well, I'm nearing retirement, already in retirement. What do I do, you know, when I'm sitting down and doing a retirement plan for one of my clients, we're looking at a lifespan to age 90, 95. And if you're in your 60s and 70s, you still have a few decades to go and we're going to have to have your money growing for you. And most of you have been with me through these rides, these ups and downs and, and the volatility is par for the course, right? If we're going to get some nice market returns, we have to be comfortable with this. And so be strong, be courageous. Focus right now on spending time. Like today. I'm spending time with Roxy in the morning. I'm going to call my grandkids when I get back to the house. I'm going to take my wife Angie out to a nice lunch today, and I'M going to enjoy life, okay? Because this is par for the course. We're going to see it. And it's not going to be the last time we see a recession or something that's going to catch us off guard that, you know, that we can't even account for that no economist and no advisor, no investment manager is going to predict. Okay? Stay strong, stay healthy and stay hopeful. Talk to you soon.
