Welcome back. This is Luis Baragas. And we're here in the series of Financial Regrets. And financial regret number three is not being insured properly. And I will let you know that I hate paying for insurance. I hate paying for auto insurance, homeowners insurance. I hate paying for life insurance. But it's one of those necessary evils, right? And it's not until something bad happens to you like your house burns down like we've had here in Southern California recently, or you've become disabled or, you know, one of the spouses that earns most of the money dies unexpected and there is no insurance. And I will share with you that. You know, also people tend to look at insurance agents almost like car salespeople, and that's not the case. There are a lot of great insurance people out there that will help you and walk you through and look at the comprehensive risk management needs that you have. So again, pay attention to the insurance and don't let that be a regret for you.
