In this video Lynne Levy introduces the 50 Coaching Conversations Challenge, a two‑month experiment where she will conduct 50 free, one‑hour, confidential coaching sessions on a first‑come, first‑served basis. She explains her motivations—personal passion for coaching, commitment to mastery, and belief in coaching’s transformative impact—and outlines the types of issues she can help with, such as workplace challenges, work‑life balance, burnout, career decisions, toxic cultures, and brainstorming ideas. Lynne provides the logistics: 50 slots, no strings attached, agenda focused on the participant’s success, and how to sign up via email, comment, or direct message. She invites viewers to share the invitation and promises to update her audience on progress toward the goal of 50 conversations.

Hi everyone, it's Lynne Levy, and I'm so excited to tell you about my latest experiment. It's called the 50 Coaching Conversations Challenge. I'm hoping to have 50 coaching conversations in the next 2 months. It's free and it's open to anyone. A few reasons why I'm doing this. First, I'm a coach. I love coaching and it's my passion, and as part of that, I am committed to mastery and continually growing. Second, I believe coaching can make a difference to people. It can help you find new possibilities and opportunities. It can help you become an inspiring leader. It can accelerate what you're doing in your career. I have been through coaching and it has changed my life, and I really, I want to bring this process to as many people as possible. So here's how it works. There are 50 slots and it's first-come, first-served. Each conversation is an hour, it's free, and it's 100% confidential. There are absolutely no strings attached. The only agenda is your success. So a couple of examples of things we could talk about: are you dealing with a challenging situation at work? Are you struggling to find work-life balance? Are you burned out? Are you trying to figure out what to do next? Are you struggling with a toxic culture or maybe even a challenging manager? Or maybe you just need someone to run some ideas by. If you're interested, send me an email, comment on this post, or send me a direct message. We'll get in touch and get the conversation set up. Feel free to send this invite to anyone you know. Again, the only agenda on my end is to support you towards your goals, to help you move forward. Whatever it is, we'll talk about it and we'll get the conversation started, and it will make a difference. And I will keep everyone here posted on my progress towards the number 50. Again, send me an email, comment on the post, or send me a direct message. Thank you so much.
