So why don't you tell everybody where you are today?
Yeah. So today, from when I started the program, I currently have a promotion. Greatest thing is that I'm just a better me.

All right. Thanks for doing this. Let's, let's start with, let's start with some amazing results.
I have found the authentic person who is myself through this program, and I get to show up as that person every single day. As that person, I feel like I connect with the individuals that I meet along my progression. So it's, it's been great.
Has work become fun because of it?
Yes, yes. I never again felt that I always had to play a character or play a role for individuals and sort of just mimic them. When in reality, if I showed up as myself and I showed up as this person every single day and was able to continue that, it gave me the ability to be in charge of my own destiny and be in charge of my own narrative. And that's been wonderful. There we go.
All right, let's go into your story a bit. What made you decide to not only make that first phone call to me, but to join the program?
Yeah. So originally I had apprehensions. I figured to myself, all right, let's go ahead and let's take the chance and let's, uh, you know, sign up for the course because what do I have to lose? And the greatest thing I would say, you know, that I've learned from, from just the time with you is again, I've invested in myself.
Right.
Which has been the most important piece because I realized, you know, the company that I worked for was not investing in me. And, you know, unfortunately it was a place where I wasn't getting those leadership tools that were, you know, gonna allow me to get to the next level. And by signing up for the course and by taking that jump, I was able to, to gain all of that from this, from you and from the course. I would say the key question to ask is, what is your brand? What do you represent? And what is going to take you through the entirety of your whole entire lifespan of your career? Like, that was the big aha in the course with you is the fact that I realized that this is not just— we're talking about one promotion, one moment in time. We're talking about a longevity of your entire career and what do you represent as a leader and what do you represent as your brand and who is your brand? You know, being able to authentically say again, that this is who I am, this is what I represent, is going to take you much, much further than thinking of it in just the singularity of, oh, I want this promotion or I want just this next step. Like we're talking longevity.
Well, exactly. And when you understand that longevity or you think it through and then you get your career aligned with it, things get so much better.
Yeah, definitely.
What excites you about your long-term career?
I guess for me, again, the, the reason that I love being a leader and the reason that I enjoy is because of the fact that, again, and we've talked about this in in the course multiple times, you're leaving a legacy, right? And what do you want your legacy to be? And I always think in my mind constantly of the fact that every interaction you have as a leader is going to be a dinner conversation in someone's household. How do you— what was the impact you want as a leader? That's again the one piece that I remember what's the legacy that I want to leave? And I constantly want to leave a better place, a better world, a better— better interactions, you know, and empower people, and empower families, and empower everyone. Yeah.
