The video presents a series of participant testimonials from Lynne Levy’s Inspired Product Leader coaching program. Each speaker recounts the professional and personal challenges they faced before joining, such as imposter syndrome, toxic work environments, career stagnation, low confidence, and work‑life strain. After the program, they describe concrete positive outcomes: increased confidence, promotions, higher grades and pay raises, new titles that align with their strengths, clearer career direction, and a renewed passion for product management and EdTech. The coach, Lynne Levy, is highlighted as the catalyst who identified hidden strengths, validated participants’ experiences, and helped them envision a more authentic, fulfilling product leadership path.

Before you joined the program, what was going on? What were some of the challenges you were dealing with?
I was in this place where I was getting a lot of work done, but it didn't seem to be advancing my career in any way.
I always felt like I had that imposter syndrome and my 360 feedback was always that I lacked my confidence.
Just a lot of toxicity in the work environment I was in, both from a, a lack of care around change management with the new executive team about the process they want to roll out and also a lack of care from our own direct leadership.
I felt like I was delivering, but I felt like it wasn't going anywhere. Question brings me a lot of memory because at that time I was feeling very low.
I was mentally just struggling a lot with every single day. Was the work that I was doing more important than being with my son?
I saw my title, Director of Product Management, and I'm like, is this real?
Yeah. So now I'm working at Kajabi. Gave me confidence in like, no, you can do product. And I was able to like be myself and get something that— get a role that actually suits me. Like, that's like, I guess you can say like tailored for me.
People view me more confident. I actually got promoted to a grade level higher, and it came with a big pay raise, which is rare during the pandemic. And I'll be their first product manager hire, and I'm reporting directly to the CEO.
You know, you've, you've helped me rediscover my passion for it, and I'm never leaving EdTech. I'm staying in it for the rest of my career. I'm gonna be managing all the, all the products for an education technology company, which is my passion, both product management and education technology.
So the first session we had It was incredible how you pointed out all the things that I feel and I think are right, but nobody else was saying them to me. So that connection kind of brought me back to life. I was like, there's hope to be a product manager the right way.
