Amazon Order Fulfillment - OTCRX4U Merchant Testimonial - Cahoot

Hi, I'm Darshan Patel, I'm co owner of company OTC RX4U, an E commerce retailer on Amazon. And we had been working with the Kahoot team for a while now.

Right. So OTC RX4U we started back in 2009 and we had been retailing in health and personal care category. So we have a vast collection of over 60,000 different products. And the major reason customers buy through us is because of our transit times product quality, expiration date. And we try to maintain very high standard on Amazon as well. We have a team of good employees and management team that works throughout the day to process all the orders that goes out. We try to use different softwares as well that help us maintain our performance on the Amazon. So that's how we try to provide best service to customers.

As an Amazon seller that we're facing right now would be competing for the buy box. The rising shipping cost and the transit times. Having competitive shipping rates makes a huge difference in terms of sales. As a buyer, you're always looking to get your items yesterday versus two days later. So if we can provide our customers with better transit times, we're able to translate that into better sales. So what it can do for us, it will help us decrease our shipping costs, also give us better transit times. And that again, like I mentioned before, will help us get more sales. So what Kahoot is doing is it's helping us connect with the sellers who are located at different locations and they are acting as a middleman for us.

Right now with sellers like us who only has one or two warehouses, so they can only offer seller fulfillment prime service based on the area they are located. So, so if we have joined the network like let's say Cahoots, then definitely we have a better geographic advantage and we can offer seller Fulfilled prime throughout United States. Amazon is a bigger marketplace, but still other marketplaces like ebay, Walmart, it can also help to provide faster transit times on our own website. So eventually it helps us promoting our own company on other channels as well.

The other alternatives would be a little bit more expensive because that would include having multiple warehouse locations that you can ship from to provide the same services that Kahoot would otherwise.

Basically the team of Kahoots, they are working very hard, I must say. So they had also tried to contact us a few times. They tried to explain the product as well. So also we definitely feel that the Kahoots as a software is definitely disruptive and it would definitely help sellers on Amazon that are selling through FBA model to definitely compete with FBA as well, help them reduce shipping cost, and also to provide better transit time for the customers.

We're very confident about the product. We think this is going to continue to help us do better and better as we go into the future. So far, we have no regrets or complaints about how this program works. We are looking to work together to improve it as much as we can, and the Kahoot team is helping us in many different ways to find even other solutions that we would need right now to do better for our sales.

My appeal would be to all the sellers to join the platform and try to make it a big network so all the sellers can operate and make considerable saving on the shipping as well as delight their customers with less transit times.

I would say let's all get together and try and work together. The only way this program would really help all of us is we join hands with them and we try to help each other as sellers. Kahoot will be more beneficial to all of us as long as we're all willing to work together instead of just looking out for our own benefits.
