Are you struggling with getting sugar out of your diet? Are you someone that knows that you shouldn't have as much sugar and you just can't help yourself? And on top of that, are you having problems losing weight because you can't get sugar out of your diet? Hi, I'm Marcel Pick, best selling author and women's health expert. And I have some answers for you. Sugar is probably one of the most addictive substances we have in our culture. Sugar is everywhere. If you look in the supermarket and you look to see, oh my gosh, my chips have sugar in it, my crackers have sugar in it. And did you know that they even put sugar in cigarettes? And the reason for that is because our brain, and for many people, they have just a little bit and they can't stop after they have a little. And my solution is very simple. The first thing to do, and this sounds really hard and complicated and difficult, is get it out of your life. I would suggest that you do it for three days, only three days. That's all I need you to do, is to not have it in any of the foods, any of the drinks. If you want to have four fruits, that's fine. If you want to have plain yogurt, that's fine. If you can tolerate dairy, that is. And then I would start getting everything else out of your diet. After three days, what you'll find is you don't have the need, you don't have the urge. And here are some tips for you. Try using stevia, try using xylitol. Make a wonderful whipped cream with xylitol. Have that over your fruit. Make some ice cream with coconut milk and use xylitol with some fresh fruit in it. Those are some amazing snacks. Make a meringue with xylitol in it. All those things can be really helpful. But just stop the sugar because it changes the brain biochemistry and that makes you want to crave more. And then you can't lose those pounds that you want to lose. So many people that I see in my practice, they stop sugar, they lose the weight, and they come in saying, oh my God, I feel so much better. I don't have joint pain, I don't have inflammation, and I'm not craving sugar anymore. So. So do me a favor, get it out of your diet and change how you feel.
