Are you someone that thinks about your weight all the time? Are you someone that struggles with your thoughts about what you think about your body? I'm Marcel Peck, best selling author and women's health expert. And I have some answers for you. Did you know that we now have research that shows us that as you think those thoughts, it actually changes your biochemistry? Oh, my God. Who knew that? Well, we're starting to see that as you change your thinking, we understand that the biochemistry of your body changes. And the thing that changes the most is cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone that's released by the adrenal glands. We have to have it, we need it. If we don't have it, we die. However, when we have too much cortisol, that's produced oftentimes for those negative thought patterns, I call that that creates more problems with the adrenals, which also causes people to have weight issues. Can you imagine that? So what I want you to do is I want you to listen to yourself when you're having those remarks about yourself. And we women are terrible. Our hair is not right, our body's not right. Our breasts are too big, they're too small. Our hips are too big, they're too small. That does us no good because it's not going to change what actually happens in terms of our behavior. So I'm going to suggest for you that one of the things that you can do for yourself that's so important is start acknowledging those wonderful things about yourself. What is beautiful about you is your hair, your eyes, your skin. And of course we need to make other changes as well. But this is really important to understand that as we think, so goes our life. And you have the power to change that in just recognizing, there goes my thought, that was negative. Push the pause button. Change that thinking pattern. Change that behavior. And guess what? We now have research to show that that in and of itself can, can help with weight loss. There is a relationship and of course you need to pay attention to what you're eating, the kind of foods that you put in your body, how much exercise you have, what's going on with your thyroid, your adrenals, and your stress, of course. But one of the things that you can do right in this very moment is change your thinking and stop going to that place about, I'm not enough, I'm not thin enough, tall enough, short enough, whatever it is. If you're interested in more information, I have so much information on my website. And also click the links below and you can learn how you can change your thinking and change your life.
