So when a patient goes into the doctor's office, they might be with the family practitioner or primary care physician or a specialist, and at that moment when the doctor says, hey, it's— I'm gonna send you for this test or procedure, say I need to have an MRI done of your lumbar spine or something, The idea here is that in 15 seconds or less, the patient employee can pull out their phone. They can see on their phone all the places they can go to get that, what the actual cost to the plan is, what the cost is to their own pockets, and then right then and there also be shown a reward that the employer might have decided to put in front of them to make sure that they have that added interest if for all other reasons they haven't decided to take the time to shop. And, you know, that helps them navigate to the right type of care. And quite honestly, it takes all the ignorance out of the room with the doctor about the cost of these procedures because doctors have no idea what these things cost either.
