Estate Planning Mistakes Everyone Makes

Matt's drafted over a thousand trusts in his career, as I have. But we don't do our own. We need brain on brain. We've got people out there that don't even have legal experience, and they're going to go Download something off LegalZoom and do their own estate plan. I don't even do my own estate plan because I know I will jack it up in some way. Because you're in the weeds, and it's very emotional, and you need someone to look at it in a third party, arbitrary way and go, mark, I don't think that's a good idea. And you're like, oh, yeah, you're right, because our own stuff doesn't smell. And so we're like, oh, yeah, you know, but we really forget the big picture when we're doing our own thing. So that's very impressive.
