This is a YouTube short titled "Get a Board of Advisors #shorts" (created 2023-02-23) featuring MARK KOHLER addressing entrepreneurs and small-business owners. He advises people who formed an LLC cheaply online to formalize their entity by working with legal/paralegal help, assembling proper organizational documents, and adopting a board of advisors instead of relying on a single paper formation.

Now, for some of you that may have formed your LLC with an online service two years ago and have one sheet of paper in a drawer, it's time to clean it up, get with the legal team, the paralegals, you don't have to talk to your lawyer, and keep it very affordable. Get the LLC with all the pieces and parts and adopt a board of advisors. Companies don't do that. They don't ask you about that when you're filling out your paperwork online. You're just trying to get out of there as cheap as possible. People. That's not really an llc.
