The real estate professional. A lot of people rush to it thinking it's the get all end all or get fixated on it and think they have to do it. If you don't have three to four or five rental properties and you're not involved at all, the real estate professional strategy is not going to help you whatsoever if you're not participating. And personally owned real estate professional is not going to happen and it's not worth it. So don't stress.
