I think in any good partnership, you need admiration. You need to admire your partner. It can't just be. You can't look down on them. You can't think they're not pulling their weight. You can't think whatever. Like, you got to really, like, wow, I'm lucky to be able to work or be or whatever with someone like this. That's important. And I think a lot of partnerships that I've seen in business have a lot of jealousy, not admiration. Or someone's like, this person's not pulling their weight. I'm doing everything around here. What the hell are they doing? Like that. When that seeps in and you have resent. That's resentment. You know, it just. It's. It's over. It's very, very difficult to make that work over a long period of time.
