People don't have personal and professional values. You just have your values. I think my advice to founders is your values should show up primarily in your hiring process so that you're screening for folks that are aligned with your company's values. You can codify your values when you're just a founding crew. We codified ours when we were three people hiring our first employee. And really importantly, if someone's not aligned with your values, they're not a bad person. Just means they'll be more successful in a different company.
